Affordable housing is secure rental housing offered at 20% below-market rates for low to moderate income working households.

To be eligible, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and a citizen or have permanent residency in Australia. Read the Eligibility and Allocations Policy for the full list of eligibility criteria. Please do not apply if you do not meet all eligibility requirements.

Note: The apartments are not yet available for inspection as they are in the final stages of construction. Successful applicants will be contacted to arrange inspections when available (February 2026).
